SPILIOS SPILIOPOULOS, Attorney at Law, LL.M.
He holds undergraduate degree of the University of Athens (LLB) and post graduate degree (LLM) of the University of London (UCL and LSE) in Commercial and Corporate Law. His expertise lies primarily in corporate and commercial matters, commercial contracts, commercial networks and acquisitions/mergers. He is highly involved in corporate governance, commercial representation, competition, public tenders, insurance policy, construction, defective products, and loan agreements. He has great expertise in matters of car industry (agreements, contract terminations, compensation of clientele etc) and also he specializes in demanding car accident issues.
He is the legal advisor of a great range of industrial companies and legal entities, some of them listed in Athens’ Stock Exchange He was recruited as a lawyer by Al. Lykourezos law offices, (1990-1991), as well as by Professor of commercial law I. Rokas law offices (1991-1993).
He has been vice-president of the Board of Directors of the “Union of Trainees and Young Lawyers of Athens” union of Young Lawyers, seated and acting within the framework of the Athens Bar Association. He speaks Greek, English and French.
ATHANASIA PAPANTONIOU: Attorney at Law.
She holds undergraduate degree of the University of Athens (LLB). She is involved with issues of private insurance, commercial contracts, loan insurance contracts, representations, competition, insurance law, commercial and corporate law, both counseling and litigation. She has been lawyer of the ATHENS OLYMPIC BROADCASTING company (2003-2004) (coordinator of the radio-tele coverage of the Olympic Games of Athens in 2004) and partner of KELEMENIS AND PARTNERS law offices (2004-2012).

PANAGIOTIS KOUMARIOTIS, Attorney at Law, LLM.
He holds undergraduate degree of the University of Athens (LLB) and a Master Degree (LLM) of University of Athens in Commercial and Corporate Law and in Business Law. He is highly involved in issues of commercial contracts, commercial networks, franchising, factoring, leasing and commercial and corporate law, having great experience both in counseling and litigation. He is dealing with special car accident issues, corporate law, property law and military law. He has worked with FATOUROS – LAMBROPOULOS law offices (2009-2014).
He develops research – scientific – teaching activities and is author of scientific studies on specific legal issues, including: "The Uniform Rules in demand Guarantees of the International Chamber of Commerce – Issue No. 758 – Revision 2010" and deals with Judicial Graphology issues. He speaks Greek, English and French.
EVANGELIA KALLINTERIDOU, Attorney at Law.
She holds undergraduate degree of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She is involved in matters of commercial law, commercial contracts, commercial network, leasing, marks, market and labor issues. She is also involved in matters of car accidents and is highly experienced in issues of penal code, economic penal matters, economic offences and has great experience in both counseling and law practice with firm liquidation. She worked as a lawyer at THEMIS SOFOS law offices and as a legal advisor for Public Legal Entities and Radio Companies. She speaks Greek, English and Italian.
MARINA KOSMIDOU, Attorney at Law.
She holds undergraduate Law degree of of University of Athens (LLB). She is involved in commercial and corporate law, leasing, contracts and special issues of property law, labor law, fiscal demands, insurance issues and banking law. She has an expertise in commercial contracts, settlements, commercial disputes, car accidents and mostly with administrative issues and Municipality matters. She speaks Greek, English and Russian.
ALEXANDRA POLICHRONI, Trainee lawyer, She holds undergraduate law degree of University of Thrace (LLB). She deals with matters of commercial and property law, assertion of economical demands, commercial contracts, leasing, and property issues. She speaks Greek, English and Polish.
