30.5.2018 – Spilios Spiliopoulos and Partners Law Firm acts, on behalf of SFAKIANAKIS S.A, for the purpose of elaborating, drafting and concluding Contracts - Frameworks, for the creation, development and operation of a Sub-distribution Network, for the marketing of cars and genuine Fiat spare parts as well as the provision of after-sales services (Aftersales) in the wider area of the Dodecanese Islands, based on the current systems of quality selective distribution in the European Economic Area, adopted by the European Union's legislation of 20 April 2010, No. 330/2010 and from 27 May 2010 no. 461/2010 Regulations of the European Commission (EC).

16.4.2018 – Spilios Spiliopoulos and Partners Law Firm acts and represents in court a limited liability company of long-term vehicle leasing for the return of an impounded vehicle by the Border Guard Department of Tycheros.

The law firm "Spilios Spiliopoulos and Partners" acts and represents the company "SFAKIANAKIS SA" in the litigation against the customer compensation claim brought by a former official dealer of its network. The Athens Multi-Member Court of First Instance, in its decision number 826/2018, ruled that the former trader is not entitled to customer compensation because he was acting as a simple distributor and not as the exclusive distributor of SFAKIANAKIS SA. In addition, the trader's claim for damages for non-material damage was rejected because it was not proven that the complaint was accompanied by defamatory statements against him and that his name and reputation were damaged.
