5.4.2018 – The Law Firm "Spilios Spiliopoulos and Partners acts for the processing and drafting of a contract with a data processor (in compliance with GDPR) between SFAKIANAKIS S.A. and the network of SUZUKI Authorized Dealers.

29.3.2018 - The law firm "Spilios Spiliopoulos and Partners" is acting and representing in court before the Court of Auditors the company "ERGOTRAK AE" by filing an application for annulment against the act of the Court of Auditors which ruled that the signing of the public contract for the supply of vehicles (buses) is prevented due to the violation of the terms of the tender due to the unlawful exclusion of another participating company from the procurement procedure of the supply contract. The Court of Auditors upheld the application for annulment, holding that the tender of the other participating company was lawfully excluded from the tendering procedure because it was obliged, in accordance with the terms of the contract notice and the technical specifications, to submit with its tender both the European Single Contract Document (ESD) relating to itself with a declaration that it would rely on the capacities of a third party and a separate ESD form for the third party lender.

29.3.2018 – Spilios Spiliopoulos and Associates Law Firm is acting and representing in court a limited liability vehicle distribution company in the litigation of a defective product lawsuit seeking the replacement of a vehicle and the payment of monetary damages for further damages.

21.03.2018 - Spilios Spiliopoulos & Partners Law Office represents the company "SFAKIANAKIS SA" in court on a lawsuit brought against it by a former authorized motorcycle repairer, requesting the payment of compensation for customers, unused products (stock) and lost profits.

15.3.2018 – Spilios Spiliopoulos & Partners Law Firm acts and represents a limited liability company in the litigation against the claim of LAGIE S.A. for debts electricity consumption debts amounting to 48.567,46€, due to non-payment of the relevant amounts by KENTOR S.A. and ENERGA POWER TRADING S.A.

5.3.2018 -Spilios Spiliopoulos and Partners Law Firm acts and represents a limited liability company in the litigation of a tort claim against it, requesting the payment of a sum of money as compensation for the damage caused by the omission of an allegedly due action and as compensation for the moral damage caused by the relevant omission.
