The Athens Court of Appeal issued its positive decision No. 2398/2019, which rejected the appeal and the claim of the opposing garage and upheld the claim of JGS S.A., awarding the garage monetary compensation for moral damages, while accepting that the behavior of the garage against JGS S.A. E. was demonstrably abusive, prejudicial and slanderous, in that it culpably caused the defamation and slander of the prestige, reputation and reputation of JGS S.A.
