Legal victory against a public law entity

The law firm “Spilios Spiliopoulos and Associates” successfully represented a Greek car dealership in a case claiming payment for the supply of vehicles delivered to a public law entity (Municipality) in the context of a tender awarded to the above car company. The Administrative Court ruled in favor of the car company for the total amount, which had not been paid by the Municipality upon delivery of the vehicles.
