The law firm Spilios Spiliopoulos & Associates acts on behalf of clients insured by the insurance company COMMERCIAL VALUE and has undertaken the study, drafting, preparation, drafting, and filing of Individual Appeals with the competent Court against the List of Beneficiaries posted by the Special Liquidator of COMMERCIAL VALUE. The insurance company’s operating license was revoked in 2010 and it has since been under special insurance liquidation.
According to an announcement by the company under liquidation, insured persons who are not included in the List of Beneficiaries only by appealing against the List to the competent court will they be able to have their claim against the insurance company included, so that they are entitled to compensation in accordance with the procedure laid down by the relevant legislation. The deadline for filing an appeal with the competent court is 45 days from the last publication of the List of Beneficiaries, i.e. January 18, 2016.
