PANAGIOTIS KOUMARIOTIS
PANAGIOTIS KOUMARIOTIS: Lawyer at the Supreme Court – LLM, graduate of the Law School of the University of Athens, holder of a master’s degree (LLM) from the University of Athens in Commercial and Corporate Law and Business Law.
He acts on behalf of legal entities and individuals in both an advisory and judicial capacity, while also being actively involved in purely litigious law, covering a wide range of legal cases.
He closely follows legal developments in the field of law and has developed and continues to develop research and scientific and teaching activities in various legal institutions, having written special scientific studies on specialized legal issues, including: “The Uniform Rules of the International Chamber of Commerce for Letters of Credit at First Demand – Edition No. 758 – Revision 2010,” “Bank Guarantees in the Greek and International Banking System,” “The Structure and Functioning of the Mutual Account,” etc.
He has gained in-depth knowledge of civil and commercial-corporate law cases and has dealt extensively with issues of commercial contracts, commercial networks, franchising, factoring, leasing, acquisitions, corporate mergers and liquidations, corporate governance and commercial representation issues, tenders, mutual accounts, bond loans, and unfair competition. He deals extensively with cases involving specific labor law issues, financial claims, banking law issues, etc In addition to his core area of expertise, he also deals with specific civil law issues (family, property, and inheritance law), traffic accident cases, as well as administrative law cases relating to the civil liability of the Greek State for illegal acts and omissions of its agencies. while effectively and dynamically handling complex criminal law cases.
