Vehicle Maintenance and Technical Inspection Agreement for the US Embassy in Greece

16.04.2015 – The law firm Spilios Spiliopoulos & Associates, acting on behalf of a large industrial group importing and marketing cars, spare parts and accessories of an internationally renowned brand, is coordinating the processing, review, and conclusion of a maintenance and technical inspection contract for vehicles used by the staff of the Embassy of the United States of America in Greece. The contractual framework for cooperation was established based on the law of the United States of America and, specifically, on the content of relevant Federal Regulations and Provisions of the United States of America regarding the provision of work or services to foreign public authorities (FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION).
