28.3.2019 – Spilios Spiliopoulos & Partners Law Office acts on behalf of a Limited Liability Company engaged in long-term leasing and short-term car leasing (RAC) in Greece and abroad, to draft a termination of a cooperation agreement between a branch of the above company in Moldova and its partner.
In this context, it provides opinions and continuous specialized legal support to the above company, either directly from Greece or, where necessary, in cooperation with local lawyers – partners regarding the legal issues and results arising from the above termination (issues of compensation, liability of parties, etc.).
