September 25, 2014 – The law firm “Spilios Spiliopoulos and Associates” is acting on behalf of the public limited company ERGOTRAK SA for the purpose of drafting, drafting and concluding a private technical support loan agreement for participation in a public tender.
ERGOTRAK (Commercial Machinery & Industrial Goods S.A.) represents, imports, distributes, and provides after-sales support for high-quality vehicles and machinery in the Greek market. Ergotrak is participating as a candidate in an open public tender for the “Supply of one (1) new, two-axle truck with a tipper body, crane, and grab,” and in this context, it enters into a private loan support agreement with large technical companies in order to provide assistance in matters of financial adequacy and professional competence, so that ERGOTRAK meets all the financial, technical, and/or professional adequacy required for its proper participation in the tender.
