Submission of an over-indebted entrepreneur to the Katseli Law (Law 3869/2010)

May 17, 2016 – The law firm “Spilios Spiliopoulos and Associates” is acting on behalf of an over-indebted entrepreneur in the filing and adjudication of an application under the Katseli Law (Law 3869/2010), as supplemented and amended to date by Laws 4336/2010, Law 4384/2016, and Law 4366/2016, with the aim of permanently writing off the majority of his debts, which exceed a total of €400,000.00, the judicial settlement of the remaining debt in low, preferential installments for the debtor, and the full and effective protection of all his family’s movable and immovable property.
