7.1.2015 – The law firm Spilios Spiliopoulos & Associates, acting on behalf of a large public limited engineering company, is coordinating the process of drafting, processing, and conclusion of a subcontracting agreement with a large engineering company with a dominant market position.
The subject of the cooperation between the two companies was the installation of telematics equipment in the vehicle fleet of OSY S.A. with the following main construction axes:
a) The installation of telematics equipment,
b) the supply and installation of the necessary infrastructure materials
c) the complete (turn-key) installation, interconnection, and activation of the telematics equipment inside the vehicles, as well as all vehicle configuration work, and
d) the repair of any faults that may arise in the already installed telematics equipment during and/or upon completion of the project.
