Road accident – Representation before the Supreme Court for the hearing of an appeal against the decision of the Athens Court of Appeal on a road accident with bodily injuries – Our client’s claim.

2.11.2018 – Spilios Spiliopoulos and Partners Law Firm acts and represents a limited liability company in the appeal of the opposing party, before the Supreme Court, against a decision of the Athens Court of Appeal regarding a traffic accident with personal injuries.   Vindication of our client.

The appealed decision of the Court of Appeal dismissed in its entirety the claim and appeal of the opposing party, who, while driving his motorcycle, did not observe the right of way of the client company’s vehicle, resulting in a high-speed flattening of the right side of her vehicle, which resulted in material damage to our client’s property but also in serious injury to the at-fault driver.
