16.06.2014 – ERGOTRAK – BULGARIA OOD, a large industrial public limited company operating in Bulgaria in the heavy vehicle sector, has appointed the law firm Spilios Spiliopoulos & Associates to coordinate and monitor the process of adjusting and restructuring its share capital in accordance with the legislative provisions in force in Bulgaria.
This is a subsidiary of the corresponding Greek company “ERGOTRAK S.A.”, which operates in Bulgaria mainly in the distribution, transit, export, import, industrial production, and marketing of cars, trucks, buses, and other vehicles, gradually showing rapid growth at the local and wider level.
