10.11.2005 – The law firm “Spilios Spiliopoulos & Partners” is acting on behalf of a large public company to provide information to the Competition Committee as part of an investigation into the prevailing competitive conditions.
In particular, within the framework of this investigation, the Competition Committee analyzes the competitive conditions throughout the company’s construction and commercial chain, as well as the regulatory framework governing its operations. It concludes with critical findings related to the formation and fluctuations of supply and demand indicators, as well as cost prices, while simultaneously making specific proposals for reforming the existing regulatory framework through the drafting of a series of opinions, proposals, and documented analyses in key sectors of the market. This is to enable the Greek State to undertake legislative actions aimed at removing any existing barriers to healthy competition.
