15.10.2019 – Spilios Spiliopoulos and Partners Law Office, acting on behalf of the limited liability company SFAIKIANAKIS S.A, elaborates and drafts the terms of a private Barter Agreement with the joint-stock company “TAF SPORTS MARKETING S.A.”.
A private barter agreement is a barter agreement and constitutes a method of commercial bartering. Bartering is defined as a method whereby transactions are carried out without the use of money, but with the exchange of goods or services. In the contract in question, it was agreed to grant the use of cars in return for the pre-commitment of advertising television time to nationwide television channels.
