20.6.2018 – Spilios Spiliopoulos & Partners Law Firm acts effectively for the legal representation of SFAKIANAKIS S.A. during the appeal hearing of a former trader of the SFAKIANAKIS Group network in the area of Chalkida, before the Chalkida Trial Court for the annulment of the first instance decision of the Chalkida Single Municipal Court of Appeal against the trader.
The Three-Member Plenary Court of Chalkida dismissed the appeal of the accused former trader of the network, convicting him and thus vindicating the lawsuit filed against him by the company SFAKIANAKIS S.A. for the criminal offence of issuing unpaid – bounced cheques on consecutive occasions.
