Immediate re-registration of a candidate in a competition in the lists of suitable OPP of the Hellenic Army, after his initial rejection, took place, following actions and a legally justified Request for Treatment of our Office.
Accepted by the General Staff of the Army the Treatment Request of a candidate Professional Soldier in the context of Circular No. F. 424/1/460422/S119/53/16.3.2021, of the General Staff of the Army (B4 / Directorate of Recruiting / 2nd), which announced the procedure for filling one thousand (1,000) positions of Professional Soldiers (P.O.P.) of the Army (men – women).
The candidate, was excluded from the relevant list of suitable candidates and after verification of the application and supporting documents submitted, was not appointed to the post on the ground of non-submission of the necessary supporting documents.
Following our actions and a request for legal remedy drawn up and submitted by our Office, the General Staff of the Army decided that the candidate fulfilled all the criteria for appointment, ordering, therefore, that he be re-registered in the appropriate order in the relevant post of suitable candidates, which was done immediately.
