20.05.2002 – The law firm “Spilios Spiliopoulos & Associates” is acting on behalf of SFΑΚΙΑΝΑKIS S.A.B.E in drafting, processing, and concluding an insurance contract for the liability coverage of the company’s executives.
The insurance policy covers the company’s Directors, Senior Executives, and Board Members, as well as the company itself, against third-party claims. Notably, this new insurance framework includes coverage for claims from shareholders due to a decrease in share value or poor management, from employees due to unlawful dismissal or discriminatory treatment in the workplace, and from customers for breach of warranty or failure to adhere to contractual terms.
