8.2.2008 – The law firm “Spilios Spiliopoulos & Associates” is acting on behalf of the public limited company EXECUTIVE LEASE SA for the drafting, drafting and concluding a subfranchising agreement for the granting of rights to use the NATIONAL – ALAMO SYSTEM.
EXECUTIVE LEASE is a modern and well-organized company that rents private cars to third parties.
As part of its business activities, EXECUTIVE LEASE has entered into a franchise agreement with ANC RENTAL CORPORATION (FRANCHISING) LIMITED” a franchising agreement under which it has the exclusive right in Greece to use the “NATIONAL – ALAMO CAR RENTAL” trademark and, in general, all the know-how for the creation and development of a complete and adequate system for the provision of rental services and the performance of rental operations.
