11.9.2015 – The law firm Spilios Spiliopoulos & Associates represented the public limited company EXECUTIVE LEASE SA, successfully achieving the dismissal of the lawsuit filed against it for a fatal traffic accident for the payment of compensation (mental anguish, hospital expenses, funeral expenses, etc.).
The public limited company EXECUTIVE LEASE SA is active in the field of leasing and operating vehicles and motorcycles in Greece and abroad and entrusted the Firm with its legal representation during the trial of a lawsuit filed against it before the Athens Court of First Instance, arising from a traffic accident that resulted in the death of two drivers in the Messinia region.
The heirs of the deceased filed a lawsuit before the Athens Court of First Instance, seeking a total amount of €102,500.00 from the company.
The Athens Court of First Instance dismissed the lawsuit in its entirety and ruled in favor of EXECUTIVE LEASE SA, finding that the company was not civilly liable for causing the fatal accident.
