10.03.2005 – The law firm “Spilios Spiliopoulos & Associates” is acting on behalf of the anonymous company PANERGON SA for the drafting, preparation, and execution of a cooperation agreement with the company CELLI Spa Italy for the exclusive import and distribution of agricultural tractors.
The Italian company CELLI Spa was founded in 1955 and is a manufacturer of agricultural vehicles (tractors), offering a wide range of approximately 65 different types of tractors and producing around 3,500 units annually.
