27.09.1999 – The law firm “Spilios Spiliopoulos & Partners” is acting on behalf of the company SFAKIANAKIS S.A.B.E. for the drafting, preparation, and conclusion of a contractor agreement concerning the construction of a property and the transfer of the building coefficient.
This agreement ensures a mutually accepted framework under which the necessary constructions and technical works for the completion of the project will be carried out using materials of excellent quality, at the sole discretion of the company or the supervising engineer, and in full compliance with the applicable legislative provisions, as well as the rules of construction and art.
