The non-disclosure agreement or otherwise non-disclosure agreement is a unilateral or mutual contract by which the Parties undertake to maintain absolute confidentiality for all confidential information that has been provided to them or will be provided to them in the future, as well as for all information to which access is given due to their status or cooperation. The confidentiality agreement shall protect all information, whether written or not, of a private or confidential nature, which is the exclusive property of the undertaking.
Confidentiality agreements, known as NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) are quite widespread abroad and in Greece in the business culture of the largest companies and corporate groups.
