March 11, 2015 – The law firm Spilios Spiliopoulos & Associates is acting on behalf of a large industrial group with the aim of drafting and concluding a confidentiality agreement with a large public limited company operating in the construction sector, both nationally and internationally, in relation to the project for the supply of equipment for the creation of the Trans Adriatic Pipeline (TAP).
The Trans Adriatic Pipeline (TAP) is a natural gas pipeline project that will transport natural gas from the Caspian region to Europe. It will connect with the Trans-Anatolian Natural Gas Pipeline (TANAP) at the Greek-Turkish border and will pass through Northern Greece, Albania, and the Adriatic Sea before ending up on the coast of southern Italy, where it will connect to the Italian natural gas network. It will be the most direct, logical, and cost-effective route for transporting natural gas, opening up the vital Southern Gas Corridor, which will be 4,000 km long and stretch from the Caspian Sea to Europe.
Upon completion of the Non-Disclosure Agreement, the contracting companies ensure the confidentiality of commercial, financial, and all other types of data and information that will be exchanged within the framework of their cooperation for the completion of the Trans Adriatic Pipeline.
