09.10.2008 – The law firm “Spilios Spiliopoulos and Associates” is acting on behalf of SFAKIANAKIS SA in the drafting, drafting and conclusion of a commercial representation/distribution agreement and an after-sales technical services agreement (repairer agreement) with BMW HELLAS.
BMW Hellas is based in Glyfada and is a subsidiary of the BMW Group. It has been operating in Greece since 2003 and is responsible for managing all BMW Group products through a network of official dealers and repairers. The BMW Group represents the BMW, MINI, and Rolls-Royce brands. Since 2009, it has been responsible for the markets of Cyprus and Malta.
