25.1.2006 – The law firm “Spilios Spiliopoulos & Partners” is acting on behalf of the company PANERGON S.A. for the drafting, preparation, and conclusion of an import, representation/distribution agreement with the company VALPADANA SPA.
VALPADANA is an Italian company specializing in the manufacture of tractors, founded in 1935 and acquired in 1995 by Argo Spa. After its acquisition by Argo Spa, VALPADANA expanded its product range by producing specialized and custom tractors that are exported to Europe and worldwide.
