17.12.2015 – The law firm “Spilios Spiliopoulos & Associates” is acting on behalf of the Bulgarian company MIRKAT Ltd for the purpose of drafting, drafting and concluding an authorized sub-dealer agreement in Bulgaria (Authorized Sub-Dealers Agreement).
MIRKAT Ltd is a member of a large group of companies, was founded in 1993 and is the official importer of well-known passenger car manufacturers in Bulgaria. It is also active in the import and sale of heavy vehicles, agricultural tractors, and other vehicles.
