27.1.2006 – The law firm “Spilios Spiliopoulos & Partners” is acting on behalf of the company SFAKIANAKIS S.A. for the drafting and preparation of an exclusive import, representation, and distribution agreement for vehicles with the Hungarian company MAGYAR.
The Hungarian company Magyar Suzuki Corporation is an automobile manufacturer, a subsidiary of Suzuki, founded in 1991 by Suzuki Motor Corporation, Itochu Corporation, IFC, and Autókonszern Corporation. It has a continuously increasing volume of car production, serving the needs of Europe, and also exports cars and spare parts worldwide.
