14.12.2015 – The law firm “Spilios Spiliopoulos & Associates” is acting on behalf of ERGOTRAK SA with the aim of drafting, preparing and concluding an agreement with the Turkish company TEMSA for the distribution of buses (Distributor Agreement). ERGOTRAK (Commercial Machinery & Industrial Goods S.A.) represents, imports, distributes, and provides after-sales support for high-quality vehicles and machinery in the Greek market.
Among other things, the company is the exclusive representative and distributor in Greece for the manufacturers Cummins (land and marine diesel engines and electric generator sets), DAF (heavy trucks and tractors), Linde (forklifts and cargo handling equipment), Hitachi, Ausa (construction equipment), and Hitachi (mining equipment). TEMSA is Turkey’s largest manufacturer of coaches, buses, and trucks. The company is part of the Sabanci Group, a large Turkish industrial and commercial group, which belongs to the Automotive Manufacturers Association.
