January 21, 2011 – The law firm “Spilios Spiliopoulos and Associates” is acting on behalf of the company SFAKIANAKIS SA with the aim of drafting, conclude and draft a commercial representation and vehicle distribution agreement (Dealer Agreement) with SUZUKI INTERNATIONAL EUROPE GMBH, sealing the long-standing cooperation between the two companies.
SUZUKI INTERNATIONAL EUROPE GMBH is based in Bensheim, Germany, and operates as a subsidiary of SUZUKI MOTOR CORPORATION in the field of supplying cars, motorcycles, and outboard motors. With this agreement, the two companies establish a framework under which SFAKIANAKIS SA undertakes, on behalf of SUZUKI INTERNATIONAL EUROPE GMBH, the import, distribution, and supply of cars and all types of vehicles to the Greek market.
