May 30, 2013 – The law firm “Spilios Spiliopoulos and Associates” is acting on behalf of SFAKIANAKIS SA in the preparation, drafting and conclusion of an authorized vehicle distributor agreement in Bulgaria (Dealer Agreement) with the Bulgarian company MIRKAT LTD.
MIRKAT Ltd is a member of a group of companies, was founded in 1993, and is the official importer of well-known passenger car manufacturers in Bulgaria. It is also active in the import and sale of heavy vehicles, agricultural tractors, and other vehicles.
