29.6.2019 –Spilios Spiliopoulos & Partners Law Firm acts on behalf of a limited liability company for the leasing of vehicles under long-term and short-term leasing contracts (leasing and RAC), in order to provide an opinion and review of the concession of the right to commercial exploitation of car rental services with Athens
International Airport Eleftherios Venizelos.
In particular, the above contract grants the contracting company the right to use part of Athens International Airport (Eleftherios Venizelos) as a car rental shop.
In particular, under this contract, the International Airport provides the contracting company with a certain space in order for the latter to carry out its commercial activity in this space, which consists in the leasing of long-term and short-term cars (leasing and RAC) under the terms and conditions set out in the above contract.
