7.3.2019 – The law firm “Spilios Spiliopoulos and Associates” represents a limited liability company before the Athens Court of Appeal, in a case of reduction of the price of a vehicle and payment of compensation for moral damages, due to its alleged defectiveness, which the company disputes.
The plaintiff’s action was dismissed in its entirety at first instance on the ground that the plaintiff’s claims were time-barred. The plaintiff appealed against that decision before the Athens Court of Appeal.
