Car accident – Appearance before the Athens Court of Appeal for appeal – Our client’s claim.

18.11.2018 – Spilios Spiliopoulos and Partners Law Firm acts and represents a client in the appeal of the opposing party, before the Athens Court of Appeal, against the decision of the court of first instance, for a traffic accident, which vindicated the client of the firm, accepting his claim, filed by the firm on his behalf, for a traffic accident.
The traffic accident involved a passing vehicle, whose at-fault driver, driving under the influence of alcohol in the Keratea area on Ave. Athens – Sounion, did not notice the warning triangle that had been placed by our client, which she overtook without noticing it and approaching the immobilized vehicle, she did not reduce her speed as she should, in view of the warning that there was a danger and realising the danger too late, due to the slight inclination of the road, she was unable to stop her vehicle in time and crashed into the immobilized vehicle, causing extensive material damage to it.
