Amendment of vehicle distribution agreement with Ford Motor Hellas.

June 23, 2008 – The law firm “Spilios Spiliopoulos & Associates” is acting on behalf of the public limited company AUTOLINK SA in the processing and amendment of the terms of the commercial representation and vehicle distribution agreement with FORD. Ford Motor Hellas has been the official importer of Ford cars in Greece since 1996 and is a subsidiary of Ford of Europe AG, a subsidiary of the Ford Motor Company, which was founded in 1903 and is based in Cologne, Germany.
