Agreement with FCA GREECE S.A. for the relocation of exhibition spaces and vehicle delivery.

May 2, 2016 – The law firm “Spilios Spiliopoulos and Associates” is acting for the drafting, processing, and conclusion of a private agreement for the relocation of the premises used by the public limited company SFAKIANAKIS A.E.B.E. for the exhibition, distribution, and delivery of FIAT, FIAT PROFESSIONAL, ALFA ROMEO, and ABARTH vehicles from 146-148 Kifissou Avenue to 152-154 Kifissou Avenue in Peristeri, with the aim of ensuring full compliance by the distributor company with the quality specifications set out in the relevant contracts.
The company “FCA GREECE ANONYMOUS COMMERCIAL COMPANY OF VEHICLES AND SPARE PARTS” is active in the distribution, promotion, and marketing of cars and spare parts and is the official representative of Fiat cars in Greece.
The company “SFAKIANAKIS S.A.” has maintained professional cooperation with a large number of European companies active in the field of automobile manufacturing for decades, and is also an official member of the Fiat vehicle distribution network and provider of genuine Fiat spare parts and after-sales technical service (Aftersales).
