Acquisition of a branch of a French company and legal audit thereof (Due Diligence).

12.1.2014 – The law firm “Spilios Spiliopoulos & Associates,” acting on behalf of a large public limited company, is conducting a full legal audit (due diligence) of a French company for the acquisition of its branch in Greece.
The due diligence process includes, among other things, reviewing pending legal/administrative cases, their status, and assessing their outcome; examining current contracts, the articles of association, company regulations, and the minutes of the board of directors and general meetings; , the examination of all types of leases, the examination and verification of operating licenses for stores and warehouses, the verification of trademarks and insurance policies, etc.
