OUR FEE

The attorney’s fee, following a relevant agreement between us, is payable ONLY IN CASE OF SUCCESS.

The agreement is made in writing between the lawyer and the party involved in the traffic accident – the client – and the lawyer’s fee is set as a percentage of the compensation amount recovered by the client (contingency fee). Additionally, another fee arrangement may be agreed upon depending on the case and the agreement.
