SPILIOS SPILIOPOULOS
Lawyer LLM, graduate of the Law School of the University of Athens, holder of a master’s degree (LLM) from the University of London (UCL and LSE) in Commercial and Corporate Law. He is a lawyer at the Supreme Court and the Council of State.
He deals extensively with issues of corporate law, commercial contracts, commercial networks, acquisitions/mergers, corporate governance and commercial representation issues, competition, public tenders, insurance law, construction, defective products and loan agreements.
He also deals extensively with complex motor vehicle accident cases, having represented individuals and legal entities with great success.
He closely monitors legal developments in the field of European and domestic legislation and personal data protection practices (GDPR), is responsible for planning and supervising the GDPR compliance projects of the firm’s clients, and is a member of the GDPR task forces of various companies.
He deals extensively with issues relating to car companies (contracts, complaints, customer compensation claims, etc.). He is a lawyer/legal advisor to commercial and industrial enterprises, legal entities, listed companies and collective bodies.
He has served as a lawyer and associate at the law firm of Al. Lykourezos (1990-1991) and as a lawyer and associate at the law firm of commercial law professor I. Roka (1991-1993). Vice-President (1993, 1994) of the Board of Directors of the ‘Association of Trainee and Young Lawyers of Athens’, a trade union for young lawyers, based and operating within the Athens Bar Association.

He acts on behalf of legal entities and individuals in both an advisory and judicial capacity, while also being actively involved in purely litigious law, covering a wide range of legal cases.
He closely follows legal developments in the field of law and has developed and continues to develop research and scientific and teaching activities in various legal institutions, having written special scientific studies on specialized legal issues, including: “The Uniform Rules of the International Chamber of Commerce for Letters of Credit at First Demand – Edition No. 758 – Revision 2010,” “Bank Guarantees in the Greek and International Banking System,” “The Structure and Functioning of the Mutual Account,” etc.
He has gained in-depth knowledge of civil and commercial-corporate law cases and has dealt extensively with issues of commercial contracts, commercial networks, franchising, factoring, leasing, acquisitions, corporate mergers and liquidations, corporate governance and commercial representation issues, tenders, mutual accounts, bond loans, and unfair competition. He deals extensively with cases involving specific labor law issues, financial claims, banking law issues, etc In addition to his core area of expertise, he also deals with specific civil law issues (family, property, and inheritance law), traffic accident cases, as well as administrative law cases relating to the civil liability of the Greek State for illegal acts and omissions of its agencies. while effectively and dynamically handling complex criminal law cases.

AIRIN BOUTA
Lawyer at the Court of Appeal, member of the Piraeus Bar Association (DSP). She holds a Master’s degree (LLM) in Commercial Law from the University of Derby in England and a law degree (LLB) from the University of Derby in England and the Democritus University of Thrace.
She deals with commercial and corporate law issues, particularly commercial contracts, commercial networks, franchising, factoring, leasing, and commercial representation issues.
In addition to her main area of practice, she deals with specialized issues of commercial and civil leases, sales, defective products, as well as specific issues and cases of civil law (family and inheritance matters, specific land registry issues, traffic accidents).

ELEFTHERIA MPOMPOTI
Lawyer, member of the Athens Bar Association (ABA). Holder of a Master’s degree (LLM) in Civil Law from the Law School of Athens of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and a law degree (LLB) from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
She specializes in and deals with cases involving real estate law (land registry law, distribution, real estate transfers, neighbor law, etc.), inheritance and family law, consumer law, sales and transfer agreements, civil and commercial leases, and traffic accidents.
He also deals with issues of commercial and corporate law, trademark law, and free/unfair competition, as well as civil law of EU origin.
