23.6.2019 – Spilios Spiliopoulos & Partners Law Firm successfully represented a large anonymous vehicle trading and technical service company in its claim against the Municipality of Haidario, at the Athens Administrative Court of Appeal, claiming the payment of monetary damages, due to violation of the terms of the open tender announced by the Municipality of Haidari for the supply of 2 used trucks of open type, for the needs of the Environmental Service of the Department of Sanitation of the Municipality of Haidari.

20.6.2019 – Spilios Spiliopoulos & Partners Law Firm acts for the effective legal and judicial representation of well-known companies - official car dealers, in the Prefectures of Evia and Achaia, during the hearing of their lawsuits, for the claim of Customer Compensation and Moral Damage, against a large Group of Companies, before the Athens Court of First Instance.

15.6.2019 - Spilios Spiliopoulos and Partners Law Firm is preparing and advising on the issues of the Sub-Distributor Agreement of the FIAT sub-network. FCA Italy S.p.A. is an Italian company, a subsidiary of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, active in the production and sale of passenger cars and light commercial vehicles, based in Turin, Italy.

3.6.2019 – Spilios Spiliopoulos & Partners Law Firm represents SFAKIANAKIS INSURANCE SA in a lawsuit against an insurance agent, before the Athens Court of First Instance, for withheld and unpaid premiums.

Spilios Spiliopoulos and Partners Law Firm acts on behalf of ERGOTRAK Company in order to harmonize its current Articles of Association with the provisions of Law 4548/2018 (on limited liability companies).

3.5.2019 - Spilios Spiliopoulos and Partners Law Firm acts on behalf of a limited liability company of car dealership, in order to provide legal advice and review of a supply contract with the British Embassy. Specifically and based on the above mentioned framework, our firm advises on issues of jurisdiction, applicable law and examines the above contract, which is governed by English Law in comparison with Greek Law (comparative study of contracts), in order to provide substantial legal advice and direction to the above company.

26.4.2019- Spilios Spiliopoulos & Partners Law Firm acts for the effective legal and judicial representation of a public limited company, in a customer compensation claim filed at the Athens Court of First Instance. In his action, the plaintiff, a trader of the defendant company, claims that his cooperation with the defendant company was exclusive distribution and seeks customer compensation, a fact which is disputed by the defendant, which claims that the cooperation between them constituted mere distribution and therefore the provisions of the law on the payment of customer compensation do not apply in the case at issue. The Office, having long been involved in and specialized in the field of customer compensation and the issues and rights of members of distribution networks, has obtained a few positive decisions at first and second instance in similar cases.

25.4.2019- The Law Firm "Spilios Spiliopoulos and Partners" represents ERGOTRAK before the Athens Administrative Court of Appeal, for the purpose of drafting and filing an additional intervention, in the context of an application for annulment under the Law on Public Procurement. 4412/2016 (Law on Public Procurement of Works, Supplies and Services), filed before the above Court, which is directed against the Authority for the Examination of Preliminary Objections (AEPP) and the Municipality of Athens. In particular, in the context of a tendering procedure for the supply of tankers, the competent committee of the Municipality of Athens, in its decision, accepted, from a technical point of view, the tender submitted by the company Ergotrak. A competing company appealed against the decision of the Municipality of Athens before the Authority for the Examination of Preliminary Objections (AEPP), requesting the annulment of the decision. The company ERGOTRAK appealed against the appeal and in favour of the decision of the Municipality of Athens, with an additional intervention which was prepared and filed by our office. The AEPP with its decision No. 941/2018, accepted the intervention of ERGOTRAK and rejected the preliminary appeal of the other competing company. Against the decision of AEPP and the Municipality of Athens, the losing bidder company filed a request for suspension and a request for annulment before the Athens Administrative Court of Appeal, against which ERGOTRAK appealed, making an additional intervention. It is noted that the application for suspension has already been rejected by the Administrative Court of Appeal, accepting the additional intervention, pursuant to its decision No. 485/2018, while the decision on the application for annulment is expected.

23.4.2019 – Spilios Spiliopoulos and Partners Law Firm acts for the purpose of drafting, drafting and legal control of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) on behalf of limited liability companies linked to each other by a franchising agreement. For this reason, it processes the relevant contracts, in line with and on the basis of the commercial relationship between the above-mentioned companies. A confidentiality agreement or confidentiality agreement is a unilateral or mutual contract whereby the Parties undertake to maintain absolute confidentiality with regard to all confidential information which has been or will be provided to them in the future, as well as to all information to which access is granted by virtue of their status or cooperation. The confidentiality agreement shall protect all information, whether written or not, of a private or confidential nature, which is the exclusive property of the undertaking. Confidentiality agreements, known as NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) are quite widespread abroad and in Greece in the business culture of the largest companies and corporate groups.

22.4.2019 - Spilios Spiliopoulos and Partners Law Firm acts on behalf of Sfakianakis SA, for the purpose of processing, translating and rendering into English, the relevant personal data processing notification forms (GDPR) of the above company. In this context, it examines and processes their correct rendering in English, in accordance with the rules of legal terminology and translation.
