20.11.1999 – The law firm “Spilios Spiliopoulos & Partners” is acting and coordinating all necessary actions for the nominalization of the shares of a major Société Anonyme (S.A.) company. In doing so, the Firm ensures the company’s eligibility to participate in public tenders, in accordance with the provisions set forth by Presidential Decree 82/1996.
According to Article 1 of this Presidential Decree, Greek S.A. companies participating—either directly or as members of joint ventures—in the procedures for undertaking public works or supply contracts, including the provision of services, and falling within the provisions of paragraph 1 of Article 15 of Law 2328/1995, are required, at the time of submitting their bid for such tenders, to have fully nominalized their shares.
