18.12.2012 – The law firm “Spilios Spiliopoulos & Associates” is acting on behalf of the Italian company ARGO TRACTORS SPA in the drafting, preparation, and conclusion of a commercial cooperation agreement for the distribution of agricultural equipment (Farm Machinery Distributor Agreement).
The Italian company ARGO TRACTORS SPA is one of the largest manufacturers of agricultural vehicles and equipment. It belongs to the Italian ARGO Group, was founded in 2007 and is mainly active in the manufacture and supply of agricultural tractors of the internationally renowned Landini brand worldwide.
