04.11.2013 – The law firm “Spilios Spiliopoulos and Associates” is acting on behalf of a large public limited company in the preparation, drafting, and conclusion of a payroll management agreement with EUROBANK.
The payroll management agreement covers, among other things, the processing of data for payroll issuance, sending files to banks for the deposit of balances payable into employees’ accounts, preparing and sending monthly payroll statements and settlement notes, and paying insurance contributions to all insurance funds.
