3.3.2015 – The law firm Spilios Spiliopoulos & Associates, acting on behalf of a large public limited company, undertakes the drafting, drafting and concluding a contract with the publishing companies “EKDOSIS ETHNOS S.A.” and “PEGASUS MAGAZINES PUBLICATIONS S.A.” for the purpose of advertising the group in newspapers and magazines.
Under this contract, the companies agree to offset the fee for advertising with part of the proceeds from the sale of the company’s products to the advertising companies (Barter Agreement).
