April 20, 2017 – The law firm “Spilios Spiliopoulos & Associates” is acting in the processing, drafting, and conclusion of Distribution Network Sub-Dealership Agreements for the sale of cars, spare parts, and technical services for Fiat between the company SFAKIANAKIS S.A. and the general partnership P. KIOSEOGLOU O.E., in accordance with the current selective distribution systems in the European Economic Area, adopted by the European Commission Regulations (EC) No. 330/2010 of April 20, 2010, and No. 461/2010 of May 27, 2010.
