23.2.2017 – Spilios Spiliopoulos & Partners Law Firm acts for “SFAKIANAKIS SA” for the conclusion of a concession-leasing contract for commercial space at regional airports in Greece with “Fraport Regional Airports of Greece Limited Company”.
Under a concession agreement signed with the Greek State and the Public Private Property Development Fund (PIFED), FRAPORT has undertaken the upgrading, maintenance, management and operation of regional airports in the Aegean, Crete, Mainland Greece and Ionian Islands for a period of 40 years and retains the exclusive right to operate the concession functions at the airports.
