Defective vehicle – Rejection of claim

18.7.2017 – The Law Firm “Spilios Spiliopoulos and Partners” acts and represents before court the company “SFAKIANAKIS SA” in the litigation against the claim for a defective product, requesting the withdrawal from the concluded sales contract, the return of the price paid and the payment of monetary compensation for further damage and moral damages. The court ruled that there was no material defect in the sold vehicle and dismissed the customer’s claim against SFAKIANAKIS, which sought the amount of EUR 26,948.00.
