30.5.2018 – Spilios Spiliopoulos and Partners Law Firm acts, on behalf of SFAKIANAKIS S.A, for the purpose of elaborating, drafting and concluding Contracts – Frameworks, for the creation, development and operation of a Sub-distribution Network, for the marketing of cars and genuine Fiat spare parts as well as the provision of after-sales services (Aftersales) in the wider area of the Dodecanese Islands, based on the current systems of quality selective distribution in the European Economic Area, adopted by the European Union’s legislation of 20 April 2010, No. 330/2010 and from 27 May 2010 no. 461/2010 Regulations of the European Commission (EC).
