13.06.2018 – The law firm “Spilios Spiliopoulos and Partners” acts and represents the company “SFAKIANAKIS SA” in the appeal of a former official dealer of its network against the decision of the court of first instance that had rejected his claim for customer compensation.
The Athens Court of Appeal issued the judgment of the Court of Appeal of the Athens Court of Appeal in the case of the applicant’s claim for compensation for the loss of the company. 2813/2018, which dismissed the appeal and the action of the above-mentioned trader, holding that the cooperation is a simple distribution and not that of exclusive distribution as claimed by the trader and therefore the provisions of the law on the payment of customer compensation do not apply in the case in question.
